Thomas Edison (February 11, 1847 - October 18, 1931), iconic American inventor and businessman of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, authentic, unsigned vintage 7 x 8.75 inch glossy photograph. Edison is credited with the creation of numerous devices that influenced life around the world, including the phonograph, the motion picture camera and the first long-lasting practical electric light bulb.
This photo depicts Edison posing outside with three men, identified on the reverse as Mr. Hudon, Mr. Hyde and Mr. McGall, with photo bearing a "TAE 11-a-16" copyright in the image, and an Edison copyright stamp on the reverse, as well as a pencil notation of the negative number and publication date "11/15/16".
This classic, vintage photograph is in fine condition.
