James Sant

James Sant (1820 - 1916), prominent British portrait painter of the late nineteenth century, original vintage Woodburytype photograph.  The photograph is mounted to a page that has been removed from a 19th century book of notables, and is accompanied by an additional book page providing biographical information.

Approximately 8.25 x 10.5 inches in size.  Fine condition. One rough edge to each page from bound book removal.
