Pella is best known as the ancient and wealthy capital of the kingdom of Macedon in the time of Alexander the Great. On the site of the ancient city is the Archaeological Museum of Pella.

Printed in the second half of the 20th century as part of the American Heritage Publishing Archive.

Surface shows original hand-applied cropping or editing white markings. Verso bears original credit stampings and handwritten filing notations. In very good condition.
