Original Wanted Notice, dated April 18, 1973, from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, for information leading to the apprehension of Richard Talmadge Flowers, Jr.​, wanted for interstate flight, assault with a deadly weapon and larceny.  Notice features printed copies of mug shot photographs and fingerprints.
