Marilyn Monroe (born Norma Jeane Mortenson; June 1, 1926 – August 5, 1962), American actress, authentic, vintage, unsigned 8 x 10 glossy black and white photograph. A true icon - actress, model, singer and sex symbol - who made her lasting mark on Hollywood over the course of the 1950s and 1960s. Her cinematic repertoire includes such classics as "The Asphalt Jungle," "Niagara," "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes," "How to Marry a Millionaire," "The Seven Year Itch," "Bus Stop" and "Some Like It Hot." Although the final years of her life were plagued with personal issues and controversy surrounding her alleged "suicide," Monroe is remembered as a quintessential sex symbol, her image still lending inspiration to modern-day art and culture.
Dramatic press photo of Monroe and Richard Widmark from the 1952 thriller, "Don't Bother to Knock."
In overall very good condition, with scattered surface dings and pin holes from previous mounting.
