Italian Architecture, vintage 8 x 10 inch silver print fiber double-weight photograph depicting the "The Column of Marcus Aurelius." Printed in the second half of the 20th century as part of the American Heritage Publishing Archive. Credited to Fototeca Unione.
The Column of Marcus Aurelius, Roman victory column in Piazza Colonna, Rome, Italy. It is a Doric column featuring a spiral relief: it was built in honour of Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius and modeled on Trajan's Column.
Verso bears credit stampings and filing notations. In very good condition.
