Ann Sothern (January 22, 1909 – March 15, 2001), American stage, radio, film, and television actress whose career spanned six decades, vintage 8 x 10 glossy double-weight photograph credited to Clarence Sinclair Bull. As Maisie Ravier in the film "Gold Rush Maisie."
"Gold Rush Maisie" is a 1940 drama film, the third of ten films starring Ann Sothern as Maisie Ravier, a showgirl with a heart of gold. In this entry in the series, she joins a gold rush to a ghost town. The film was directed by Edwin L. Marin.
Clarence Sinclair Bull (May 22, 1896 – June 8, 1979) was a portrait photographers who worked for the movie studios during the "Golden Age of Hollywood." He was head of the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer stills department for nearly forty years.
Verso bears original Bull credit stamping and publicity caption. In very good condition.
