(Arthur) Oliver Villiers Russell, 2nd Baron Ampthill (February 19, 1869 – July 7, 1935), Governor of Madras and founder of the National Party, original, vintage double-weight photograph. At the age of 31, Russell became the youngest-ever to be appointed Governor of Madras and served from 1900 to 1906.
