Marilyn Monroe (born Norma Jeane Mortenson; June 1, 1926 – August 5, 1962), American actress, authentic, vintage, unsigned 8 x 10 glossy black and white photograph. A true icon - actress, model, singer and sex symbol - who made her lasting mark on Hollywood over the course of the 1950s and 1960s. Her cinematic repertoire includes such classics as "The Asphalt Jungle," "Niagara," "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes," "How to Marry a Millionaire," "The Seven Year Itch," "Bus Stop" and "Some Like It Hot." Although the final years of her life were plagued with personal issues and controversy surrounding her alleged "suicide," Monroe is remembered as a quintessential sex symbol, her image still lending inspiration to modern-day art and culture.
Spectacular 20th Century Fox press photo of Monroe, Betty Grable and Lauren Bacall in "How to Marry a Millionaire."
Light creasing to the top left edge and two small tears to the bottom edge, otherwise fine condition.
