This vintage official Sipex first day cover celebrating the Sixth International Philatelic Exhibition, canceled on May 21, 1966 is hand signed by the following six Governors of Ohio all of whom were Governors in the 1940's - 1960's: J.W. Bricker, F.J. Lausche, J.W. Brown, C.W. O'Neill, M.V. Disalle and J.A. Rhoes.
