Fred Myers

Authentic, autographed, vintage typed letter, on both sides of one sheet hand-signed by WWI Balloon Observer, Fred Myers. This letter is typed on the official 'National American Balloon Corps Veterans Association' letterhead and dated 14 August 1979. Myers was part of the 'A 1st Squadron-25' and provides an amazing and lengthy detail of his life in the Balloon Service. This piece is certainly a wonderful 'first hand' insight into 'life' as a WWI Balloonist and is both fascinating and very educational.
