What makes this particular autographed typescript so interesting, is the relation it has to his father and the relationship a father has with his son. This typescript titled 'A Spiritual Legacy To His Son' by General Douglas MacArthur, left to his son Arthur, was likely produced and signed by Arthur during his college days and sent to early autograph collectors requesting a signature, long before he removed himself from the world ass a famous MacArthur.
