Al Wilson, original fine letter from the NFL, hand signed by Gene Washington, Director of Football Operations. This fine letter, dated October 31, 2001, reads in part "Dear Al: During the second quarter of the New England Patriots-Denver Broncos game on October 28, 2001, you were involved in a play that this office considers unsportsmanlike conduct. Specifically, after your opponent had scored a touchdown, you struck the New England quarterback with your shoulder as he was attempting to congratulate his teammate. Your actions violate Rule 12, Section 3,Article 1(C) of the NFL Official Playing Rules..." A unique piece of personal memorabilia from this former Broncos star linebacker in which he was assessed a fine of $5,000.
