William Henry Jackson

William Henry Jackson (April 4, 1843 - June 30, 1942), American painter, Civil War veteran and noted photographer of the American West, authentic, autographed vintage section of a pamphlet

Entitled "Famous American Mountain Paintings, I / With Moran in the Yellowstone / A Story of Exploration, Photography and Art, By W. H. Jackson," and beginning on page 149 and ending on page 158, Jackson signs in ink at the top right corner, "W. H. Jackson." Pencil notations in an unknown hand read "1937" and "Hotel Latham / 4 East 28th St. / New York, N. Y."

Measuring approximately 6 x 9, this pamphlet and is in fine condition.
