Polio in the 20th Century, original vintage printed informative pamphlet, titled "Infantile Paralysis [Poliomyelitis]."  The pamphlet was printed circa 1950s, around the time of the first effective polio vaccine developed by Jonas Salk in 1952.  Printed by the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
