This vintage first day cover featuring a Washington 5 cent stamp, canceled on Feb. 22, 1966 is hand signed by the following ten Congressmen of Virginia of the 1960's: L.N. Downing, Porter Hardy, Dave Satterfield, W.M. Abbitt, W.M. Tuck, Jack Marsh, R.H. Poff, H.W. Smith, W.P. Jennings and J.T. Brayhill.
