Vintage typed notice "To the Officer," warning "This man works in small towns among clergymen and people who are not generally well posted as to prices of magazines, pictures and frames... He has swindled at least a thousand people, so that leniency is out of place in this matter..."

One page, typed. Verso is blank and clean, save a few minor handwritten notations. In very good condition with expected mailing folds.
