Ann Sothern (January 22, 1909 – March 15, 2001), American stage, radio, film, and television actress whose career spanned six decades, vintage 8 x 10 glossy photograph credited to Clarence Sinclair Bull. With Lew Ayres in the film "Maisie was a Lady."
"Maisie Was a Lady" is a 1940 comedy-drama film directed by Edwin L. Marin and is the fourth in a series of ten films starring Ann Sothern as good-hearted showgirl Maisie Ravier.
Clarence Sinclair Bull (May 22, 1896 – June 8, 1979) was a portrait photographers who worked for the movie studios during the "Golden Age of Hollywood." He was head of the Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer stills department for nearly forty years.
