Douglas Volk

Stephen Arnold Douglas Volk (February 23, 1856 - February 7, 1935), American portrait and landscape painter, original, autographed silver print photograph of Volk's rendition of Abraham Lincoln. The son of famed Lincoln sculptor, Leonard Wells Volk, Douglas was an integral figure in the foundation of the Minneapolis School of Fine Arts.

Measuring approximately 4 x 5.5, this photograph is in very good condition, with mild rippling and remnants from previous display on verso.
